A New Way Of WorkingLeah
Reopening Our Dental Practice
From Monday 8th June, as we begin to welcome patients back into the practice, please be aware that we will be operating in a new and different way.
We will continue to update our website and social media pages with more information about the new procedures we have implemented, so you know what to expect when you attend your appointment.
We want to acknowledge and thank you for the patience and understanding you have shown over the last couple of months, and hope that, in these initial stages of reopening the practice, this will continue.
Our priorities in these early stages must be with our patients who are in pain and we will initially be allocating appointments to those patients only.
If you have called us over the past few weeks with a dental emergency, we will be in touch to see how you are getting on.
If you have a pre-booked appointment and haven’t heard from us, please assume this appointment has been suspended unless we contact you.
We ask that, for now, you only contact the practice if you have a dental emergency, as many of you have been doing via our emergency telephone triage service.
Even though the practice will remain locked during opening hours, in line with our new operating procedures, the emergency telephone triage service will continue to run alongside the face-to-face appointments, during our normal opening hours.
Please rest assured that we are doing all we can to resume appointments.
Sanjay and team thank you once again for your patience.
